Alicia Keys is one of the most talented performers of her generation, selling over 35 million records worldwide and has won 14 Grammys. I love how she learned that words do have power and banished the phrase, ‘if’ from her vocabulary. 

She’s proof that when you pour out your soul, your passion will be right in front of you. As Alicia continues to chart hit after hit, she remains humbled and grounded. Even though to all of us, she clearly has arrived.
